Plant Health Guarantee: We guarantee the health and quality of our plants upon delivery. Once a plant has been received in good condition, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the risk of plant stress or damage during transit.
Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where a plant needs to be returned, we require proof that the plant arrived safely and was cared for appropriately. We reserve the right to evaluate each return request on a case-by-case basis.
